The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from this Purchace Contract within 14 (fourteen) days, without stipulation of the reason thereof. The order cancellation deadline expires fourteen (14) days from the date when the Customer or a third party other than the carrier has received the goods. Where a consignment consists of several items delivered in several consignments, the right of withdrawal shall take effect from the date of receipt of the last item. The customer covers all costs related to the return of product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform MAASA (see contact details below) of the decision to withdraw from this agreement with a clear notice (e.g. by post or e-mail).
For order identification purposes, when implementing your right of withdrawal, please provide Customer’s name and contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), order number and goods you wish to withdraw for return.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Kindly note that a return is only possible for the goods that are neither worn, washed nor show any kind of damage. If the item is damaged, Maasa is not obligated to exchange or take the item back. Please also note that the tag and the return tag have to be attached to the garment in order for Maasa to accept an exchange or return!

After receiving your delivery, you have 14 days to exchange your order. An exchange is only possible if the requested item is available in the respective size and colour. As soon as we have received the item, we will conduct the exchange and send it back to you. There will not be any additional expenses for you.

Please also consider the hangtag as well as the price tag have to be undamaged and attached to the garment!
Refund of the purchasing price
The refund of the purchasing price is made with the same payment method as the purchase. Please consider that the refund can take up to 14 days. MAASA will inform the Customer as soon as we have received your returns and started the reverse transaction.
If you have paid by credit card, it depends on your credit card company how long the return of the money takes. The credit note will be listed on your next credit card billing.
